Job Purpose
Monitor and analyze PRESTO’s daily and weekly operational and commercial performance across all cities and services, proactively identify performance gaps and potential risks, and provide decision-makers with accurate data, insights, and analytical reports to support informed decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and continuously improve the business model.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily and Weekly Performance Monitoring
- Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all active cities and services.
- Track order volume, Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), delivery times, and cancellation rates.
- Monitor driver productivity and performance on a regular basis, identifying operational gaps and opportunities for improvement.
2. Performance Alert Management and Gap Resolution
- Proactively monitor performance indicators and identify metrics that enter critical thresholds, such as increased delivery times in specific areas.
- Immediately notify Operations and field teams to ensure timely intervention and corrective actions.
- Follow up on implemented corrective actions to ensure sustainable performance improvements.
3. In-Depth Analysis and Problem Solving
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of complex operational and commercial issues.
- Identify root causes using data-driven methodologies.
- Develop actionable recommendations supported by data and insights to improve overall business performance.
4. Reporting and Executive Presentations
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
- Maintain and update performance dashboards to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Design and deliver executive presentations summarizing key performance trends, operational challenges, and improvement initiatives.
5. Operational and Expansion Decision Support
- Provide analytical insights and scenario modeling to support operational and geographic expansion decisions.
- Recommend improvements to the current operating model to enhance efficiency and optimize operational costs.
- Support strategic decision-making by delivering accurate, data-driven analysis and business insights.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, operations performance monitoring, business analysis, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional analytical skills and strong potential are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience using data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI or similar analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and solve operational problems.
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into practical business recommendations.
