An Opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Officer within the Family Help and Safeguarding Team in East/Central Bristol.
We are looking for someone with the right skills to work under the direction of the Family Help Management team to provide effective and high-quality administrative support to the service.
You will provide a welcoming first point of contact to children, families and multi-agency partners via the advice line.
Delivery of multiple tasks and activities such as providing timely and efficient financial support, management of data and materials in a range of formats, excellent communication skills when dealing with external and office related enquiries.
Family Help is the early/targeted intervention service that works intensively with families to prevent the need for Statutory Services.
This is a complex admin role. Your days will be varied, you will progress and track work and make live decisions. You will also find yourself juggling multiple tasks!
Our team is a close knit, friendly one and you will receive regular supervision.
