Title: Business Support Specialist (AU Security Services, WFH)

Salary: P50,000 – P70,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Business Support, or Operations Support role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, basic data analysis)
- Previous experience in administration, business support, or operations support
- Experience supporting onboarding or internal processes (employees or clients)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with other relevant systems.
- Experience in structured, process-driven office environments.
- Exposure to security services (Essential).
What will you do?
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for tracking, reporting, and administration
- Support employee and client onboarding, ensuring all documentation is complete
- Track onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet onboarding milestones
- Manage and organize files, records, and documentation
- Assist with basic reporting and data consolidation
- Handle general administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and email coordination
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and checklists
- Support ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as required
