Summary:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support system implementation and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Work with IT teams to design, test, and implement system solutions
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements
- Support system integrations, data flows, and reporting requirements
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful deployment
- Create documentation including BRDs, FRDs, workflows, and user guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
- Strong understanding of business processes and system architecture
- Experience with requirement gathering and documentation (BRD/FRD)
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Visio, or similar
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
