Your new role
As a Business & Systems Analyst, you will operate in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting complex, interconnected digital health systems. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to ensure seamless system integration and operational performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting developer onboarding and B2B/B2M system integrations
- Managing and resolving incidents, issues, and system interactions
- Monitoring system availability and contributing to operational improvements
- Producing high-quality documentation, including briefs, reports, and technical artefacts
- Supporting governance, risk management, and compliance activities
- Engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive outcomes
What you'll need to succeed
You will bring strong experience working in complex environments, ideally across enterprise or government platforms.
You will demonstrate:
- Experience managing business operations across complex, interconnected systems
- Proven capability in incident and issue management (triage, escalation, resolution)
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business groups
- Advanced written communication skills, including reports, briefs, and process documentation
- Understanding of governance, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements
- Ability to obtain a Baseline security clearance
