Collaborating with the CEO, COO, and internal team members, your role is crucial in preparing audits, financial statements, and compliance reports. You will engage with the Board and ensure seamless financial operations, building clarity for strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead annual operating budget development with cross-functional teams
• Finalize and coordinate annual external audits
• Prepare quarterly financial packages for Board review
• Maintain strong financial controls and reporting systems
• Manage payroll and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy
Requirements:
• CPA designation with nonprofit sector experience preferred
• Proficiency with Quick Books Online and related tools
• Hands-on capability with both detailed and high-level analysis
• Strong communication skills for presenting financial insights
