About the Role

Bowhead is seeking an experienced Call Center/Help Desk Technician III to join its IT support team in Dahlgren, Virginia. In this role, you will provide advanced technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage service requests, and support the deployment and maintenance of company-managed devices. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in a technical support, help desk, or desktop support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, BitLocker, and Multi-Factor Authentication.
  • Experience supporting Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience troubleshooting PC hardware, peripherals, mobile devices, and network-related issues.
  • Familiarity with SCCM and Microsoft Intune is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A+ or Network+ certification required.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
