Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Camp Management Representative to support our Logistics and Exploration Operations team in Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of camp accommodation, facilities, logistics, utilities, and support services to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective camp operations. This role is responsible for coordinating accommodation, vendor services, inventory, fleet support, and operational reporting while maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, compliance, and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accommodation allocation for employees, contractors, visitors, and new arrivals.
- Maintain accurate records of room occupancy, camp assets, and inventory.
- Coordinate camp utilities, maintenance activities, waste management, and infrastructure services.
- Supervise catering, housekeeping, laundry, and other facility support services to ensure quality and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate logistics, procurement, and inventory activities to ensure uninterrupted camp operations.
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain effective relationships with service providers.
- Support health, safety, environmental, and emergency preparedness initiatives across camp facilities.
- Review invoices, petty cash transactions, service requests, and procurement documentation.
- Prepare operational reports, performance summaries, and management dashboards.
- Support fleet coordination, inventory control, continuous improvement initiatives, and other operational activities as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in camp management, facilities management, logistics operations, or similar operational environments.
- Experience working in remote camps, industrial, mining, construction, or field operations is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in accommodation management, vendor coordination, and facility services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital camp management or reporting systems.
- Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, procurement coordination, and supply chain processes.
- Good understanding of health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail, integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to operational excellence.
