Looking for an experienced hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager to support a Treasury Central Clearing program within the repo and cash trading space. The role will focus on coordinating the UAT workstream and managing cross-functional delivery across business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the UAT workstream for trade flow testing initiatives
Work closely with frontline SMEs responsible for executing testing activities
Track deliverables, dependencies, issues, and project plans to ensure timely execution
Facilitate communication and coordination across business, operations, and technology stakeholders
Support both Business Analysis and Project Management activities throughout the program lifecycle
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Capital Markets
Strong hybrid BA/PM experience within consulting or large transformation programs
Good understanding of testing/UAT coordination and governance
Experience in clearing environments preferred (Treasury Central Clearing or similar)
Strong stakeholder management and delivery tracking skills
Ability to work with globally distributed teams, including London-based stakeholders
