.A rapid growth of Staatsolie requires stronger strategic direction, greater coherence in decision‑making, and a more integrated approach to business development. A new Strategy & Business Development (S&BD) Directorate has been established to determine and drive the strategic direction of Staatsolie. S&BD is responsible for shaping Staatsolie’s long‑term direction and plays a central role in strategic decision‑making. The Directorate has end‑to‑end accountability for high‑impact activities such as Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), investment appraisals, negotiations, helping with successful contracting of open offshore acreage, new offshore opportunities, valuations, LNG marketing, renewable energy initiatives, and major capital projects. S&BD leads corporate strategy, portfolio management, and capital allocation to drive disciplined growth and value creation aligned with Staatsolie’s strategic objectives and the wider national interest

o?As Manager Strategy & Portfolio, you are responsible for developing and steering Staatsolie’s corporate strategy and portfolio management. You ensure sustainable value creation across the upstream, midstream, and downstream activities of the organization. You safeguard the alignment between long-term strategic objectives, capital allocation, and business performance, and support growth initiatives, partnerships, and investment decisions within a dynamic and evolving energy landscape. You will work closely with the Staatsolie Executive Committee to mature various strategic themes, culminating into position papers setting strategic direction of Staatsoli
