- $79-$85$ per hour plus super (PAYG only)

We are seeking a proactive Change Analyst for a 12-month contract based in North Brisbane. You will play a key role in a major systems implementation by assessing business impacts and ensuring stakeholders are ready for new ways of working.
The Role:
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments across business areas, roles, and processes
- Identify change risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Develop change artefacts, including Readiness Checklists, Learning Plans, and Communications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and briefings to drive engagement
- Support the creation and deployment of learning assets like job aids and quick reference guides
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in organizational change within project environments
- Proven ability to conduct readiness assessments and impact analysis
- Experience in government or highly complex organizational settings
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and facilitation
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint
