We are seeking a high-performing Change and Transformation Consultant with management consulting experience and a hands-on delivery mindset. This role is ideal for consultants who thrive in complex, stakeholder-driven environments and enjoy implementing initiatives end-to-end.
Required Experience & Background
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience
- Proven change management experience beyond purely technical system implementations
- Candidates whose experience is limited to SAP, CRM, ERP, or Oracle-only implementations will not be a fit
- Strong experience supporting change initiatives across:
- Process Improvement
- Sector Engagement and Stakeholder Enablement
- Leadership Alignment
- Policy and Program Implementation
- Digital Transformation (business-led, not solely IT-led)
- Cultural Transformation
Core Capabilities
- Expertise in developing and executing internal and external communication strategies
- Lead sector and stakeholder engagement by designing and facilitating collaborative workshops
- Experience in change readiness assessments, adoption measurement, and reporting on change outcomes
- Strong research and analytical capabilities and experience developing clear, concise written materials including for public audiences
- Ability to develop communications products such as briefing notes and PowerPoint presentations
- Comfortable working independently and owning deliverables from start to finish
Industry Experience (Preferred)
- Experience working with Government and Public Sector organizations, ideally including:
- Municipal governments
- Provincial ministries
- Crown agencies
- Experience supporting Infrastructure or Utilities clients, with preference for:
- Utilities or Hydro organizations
- Regulated, asset-intensive environments
