Job Responsibilities

1.Strategic Customer & Project Development and Maintenance

Liaise with, maintain and deeply bind strategic key accounts including large energy groups, top-tier EPC contractors and government energy authorities. Drive the signing of annual framework agreements, long-term orders and price-locked agreements. Follow up the whole process of major projects such as ground-mounted power stations and centralized PV bases.

2.Channel Management

Develop and maintain distribution and direct sales channel systems, formulate distribution policies, and explore emerging market opportunities.

3.Sales Plan Formulation & Sales Activity Execution

Formulate regional sales plans and organize the implementation of all sales and business development activities.

4.Market Insight & Competitor Analysis

Continuously collect local industry policies (subsidies, grid connection, taxation), market demand, price trends and competitor updates (products, pricing, channels, promotion and services), and feed back customer demands and market pain points in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

1.Working experience in well-known domestic & international enterprises across industries or leading companies in the new energy industry is preferred.

2.At least 3 years of relevant sales working experience; familiar with Iraq local market; proficient in professional knowledge of value marketing, channel development and channel management.

3.Possess strong capabilities of efficient execution, problem-solving, customer relationship establishment & maintenance, business negotiation and channel management; with high cultural sensitivity and cross-cultural competency.
