Position: Chief Administrative Officer for Rural Community

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning for a $6 million budget

• Provide policy advice to the Council

• Implement decisions and initiatives from Council

• Maintain positive stakeholder relationships

• Direct overall municipal operations and staff

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in municipal administration

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Relevant post-secondary qualification or certification

• Experience in community engagement

• Ability to manage complex operational tasks
