Job Summary:
One of our clients are looking for Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who is responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence within the construction and building sector. The CEO will oversee all company operations, develop long-term strategies, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure sustainable success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic vision and business plans
- Lead and manage overall operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability
- Oversee large-scale construction and building projects from planning to completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, investors, and government entities
- Identify new business opportunities, market expansions, and investment strategies
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements
- Drive organizational performance and foster a high-performance culture
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and risk management strategies
- Lead executive team and ensure alignment with company goals
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in the construction and building industry
- Experience working with government projects and regulatory bodies is preferred
- Professional certifications in project management or construction
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Deep understanding of the construction market and industry trends
- Financial acumen and budget management expertise
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead large teams and manage complex operations
