Job Description / Responsibility
Job Context:

We are seeking experienced individuals to join our dedicated team for working in a stimulating environment of our office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute real estate business for growth and profitability.
- Identify and assess investment opportunities in commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
- Plan and oversee existing land utilization as revenue earning and accordingly project execution.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and cost control for real estate projects.
- Lead the sales department, marketing, and branding strategies to drive business success.
- Maintain relationships with government agencies, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery within deadlines and budget constraints.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing real estate team.
- Up to date knowledge about digital marketing, Rajuk rules and construction rules.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Civil Engineering
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- Masters
- Skills Required: MS Office, Real Estate Business, Good communication and coordination skills
Experience Requirements
- At least 15 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer
Additional Requirements
- Proven track record in large-scale real estate projects and business leadership.
- Strong knowledge about apartment business and construction of apartment building.
