Job Description:
The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for the Giga-Project Workforce will serve as a strategic leader and key member of the executive team responsible for driving an innovative human capital strategy to support the organization’s ambitious growth objectives and transformative initiatives. This role demands an experienced professional adept at navigating complex organizational dynamics and fostering a high-performance culture across a large-scale workforce that includes diverse and specialized talent. The CHRO will lead the design and implementation of HR frameworks, policies, and practices conducive to attracting, developing, and retaining top-tier talent necessary for a multi-billion-dollar project environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven capability to drive organizational change, enhance workforce engagement, and cultivate leadership capacity, while espousing a commitment to ethical practices and compliance in a highly regulated industry. Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 10 years at the executive level in a large-scale project or construction environment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative HR strategies that significantly contributed to workforce engagement, organizational development, and culture transformation.
- Expertise in labor relations, talent acquisition, retention strategies, and employee development specifically related to high-construction or project-driven environments.
- Strong experience in guiding and managing organizational change across various business units and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR legislative frameworks, compliance mandates, and ethical standards applicable to large scale projects and diverse workforce.
- Exceptional consultative, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills proven to foster collaborative relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency in leveraging HR data analytics to drive workforce decisions and enhance organizational effectiveness in a rapidly changing environment.

Job Responsibilities:
