Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Chief of Staff to partner closely with the CEO in ensuring smooth business operations. This role combines planning, office management, and HR coordination, making it ideal for a professional who can balance high-level thinking with operational excellence.
What your typical day will look like
- Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, coordinating strategic initiatives and ensuring timely execution of key priorities.
- Manage the CEO's office, including calendars, meetings, correspondence, and executive communications.
- Prepare presentations, reports, board papers, and briefing materials for leadership meetings.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, monitor progress, and follow up with stakeholders on action items.
- Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate coordination and employee onboarding.
- Manage core HR initiatives, including employee relations, culture building and performance management.
What you need to succeed at this role
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration/Human Resources, or a related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- A proactive individual who takes ownership and consistently delivers results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust and navigate sensitive situations with discretion.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
