I’m partnering with a dynamic organization seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead and scale operations across a complex, highly regulated manufacturing environment. This is a key executive role with significant influence on strategy, execution, and overall business performance.
This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on leader who can balance strategic vision with operational execution in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting.
What you’ll be doing:
• Lead day-to-day operations across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, and program management
• Drive operational excellence, ensuring performance across cost, schedule, and quality metrics
• Partner with executive leadership to define and execute business strategy
• Oversee program execution across government and commercial contracts
• Build and develop high-performing teams and future leaders across the organization
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
What we’re looking for:
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations
• Proven success in complex, regulated manufacturing environments
• Strong background in government contracting and compliance frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage multi-site or multi-program operations
• Experience driving financial performance, KPIs, and operational improvements
• Strategic mindset with the ability to execute at a high level
