We’re Hiring: Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Telecom / Infra Execution. We are looking for a high-impact COO to lead large-scale telecom infrastructure and fiberrollout projects (BharatNet & similar programs) across India. This is a hands-on execution role, not a boardroom position.
What You’ll Own🎯
● End-to-end project delivery: Survey → Construction → Installation → O&M
● Daily execution across multi-state operations (West Bengal & beyond)
● Vendor ecosystem: HDD, EPC, installation partners
● Command center: dashboards, KPIs, daily reviews
● Government & stakeholder coordination (BBNL / BSNL / State authorities)
● Building SOPs, workflows, and scalable execution systems.
Who We’re Looking For👤
● 10–22 years experience in telecom infra / EPC / large-scale projects
● Led 300–500 Cr+ projects with multi-vendor execution
● Background from companies like L&T, Sterlite, HFCL, RailTel, ITI, etc.
● Strong field + operations mindset (execution-first)
● Comfortable handling pressure, scale, and ambiguity.
