About The Company

OIF Ventures is supporting the search for a Chief Revenue Officer on behalf of one of our portfolio companies. This role sits within the portfolio company itself (not within OIF Ventures).

The company is a high-growth Series A deep technology business building advanced software and data platforms used by organisations operating in complex, high-stakes environments.

Its technology combines large-scale data sources with advanced analytics and AI to deliver real-time insights that help customers make faster, more informed operational decisions.

The platform is already deployed with organisations across multiple regions globally and is gaining strong traction with enterprise and government customers operating in highly regulated and mission-critical sectors.

The company has established strong early product-market fit and is now entering a scale phase, with the board and investors aligned around building a global category leader.

With strong investor backing and accelerating demand for its technology, the company is now focused on building a world-class commercial organisation capable of scaling globally.

About The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, we are hiring a Chief Revenue Officer to build and scale the company’s global revenue engine.

The business has achieved strong early traction with enterprise and government customers, and the next phase of growth will focus on converting this momentum into predictable, scalable enterprise revenue.

This hire is about one thing: building and leading a world-class revenue engine capable of winning and expanding large strategic accounts globally.

You will partner closely with the CEO and executive team to define global GTM strategy, build a high-performing commercial organisation, and scale the company from founder-led sales to a disciplined global enterprise revenue operation.

For the right leader, this is a career-defining opportunity to build a global revenue function from the ground up at a company operating in one of the most strategically important technology sectors of our time.

What You’ll Do

As CRO, you will sit on the Executive Leadership Team and operate as the CEO’s commercial partner – responsible for building and leading the company’s global revenue engine.

You will:

  • Own global revenue strategy and execution – accountable for pipeline, growth and forecast accuracy
  • Win and expand large strategic enterprise and government accounts globally
  • Build and lead a high-performing global enterprise sales organisation
  • Increase deal size, conversion rates and sales velocity across complex enterprise and government deals
  • Establish disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and sales processes
  • Develop repeatable GTM playbooks to land and expand strategic accounts internationally
  • Represent the company with credibility across senior enterprise stakeholders, partners and strategic customers

This is a hands-on builder role, focused on turning early traction into a predictable, scalable global revenue engine.

What Success Looks Like (24–36 Months)

  • A predictable, metrics-driven revenue engine with strong pipeline visibility
  • Larger enterprise deals and multi-year contracts becoming the norm
  • Clear account strategies across priority global customers
  • A strengthened commercial presence across multiple international markets

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven revenue leader who has scaled complex B2B SaaS enterprise businesses
  • Experience building and scaling revenue functions in companies approaching or beyond $30M–$50M ARR
  • Builder mindset — capable of establishing structured, repeatable sales systems and global GTM strategy
  • Experience managing pipelines that include long, high-value enterprise or government procurement cycles
  • Experience leading distributed commercial teams across multiple regions

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into government, defence, national security, or other highly regulated / mission-critical sectors
  • Experience scaling international enterprise sales organisations
  • Exposure to deep-tech, data platforms, AI, or advanced analytics products
  • Experience transitioning companies from founder-led sales to institutional sales leadership
  • Familiarity with account-based enterprise sales models

Why Join?

  • Opportunity to build and scale the revenue engine of a globally ambitious Series A deep-tech company
  • Strong investor backing and significant global market opportunity
  • Ability to shape commercial strategy and team from the ground up
  • Work with cutting-edge technology solving complex real-world problems
  • Executive compensation package including meaningful equity participation
