Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Singapore for a Client Relations Associate. The Client Relations Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing client inquiries and concerns. The role involves analyzing customer needs, coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to improve client experiences and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Client Relations capabilities for effectively building and maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively engaging with clients and conveying information in a clear and professional manner
- Analytical Skills to understand client requirements, assess feedback, and contribute to developing tailored solutions
- Experience in Customer Service, with a focus on delivering exceptional client satisfaction and support
- Ability to handle multiple clients with professionalism and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM software and client management systems would be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
