Position: Climate Policy Manager, Hybrid Role

In this full-time position, you will directly support the Climate and Natural Catastrophe Policy Team. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee policy research and analysis on resilience strategies

• Manage intricate projects under tight deadlines

• Draft policy papers and senior-level briefing materials

• Build consensus among stakeholders in the insurance sector

• Represent IBC in relevant working groups

Requirements:

• Higher education in public policy or similar area

• 5-7 years in public policy or related experience

• Exceptional analytical and writing skills

• Deep knowledge of climate and insurance policies

• Strong relationship-building capabilities
