W2 Contract
Pay Rate: $58 – $65 per hour
Location: Remote Role – PST
Job Summary:
This is a critical role supporting our salesforce in drafting, reviewing, and administering contracts and will be a key partner in scaling the contract management function as our company continues to grow.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review, interpret, and confirm contract terms and conditions; work closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure all contracts are accurate. Verify compliance with internal policies (and external regulations).
- Monitor and manage contract status (execution, amendment, renewal, termination) and communicate with internal stakeholders and external customers to resolve issues and discrepancies.
- Track expiring contracts and report out monthly to respective Sales leaders (90, 60, 30 days).
- Maintain membership lists of GPOs, contract rosters, government accounts, and Buy Groups and update NetSuite appropriately.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to manage the contract review process for a variety of commercial contracts (i.e., rebate, commitment, etc.)
- Maintain template/form documents and contract clauses. Update when needed with internal partners.
- Ensure deals are structured and processed efficiently and align with company policies.
- Analytics and reporting (for accounts, buy groups for new contracts and renewals, especially for Rebate and Commitment agreements)
