Neopower Technology Ltd is looking for Commercial Manager (Procurement & Logistics)
Job Description / Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage the company`s business relationships in Bangladesh and manage local employees.
- Responsible for timely understanding and coordinating business operations with customs, port authorities, and other government departments at the ports of Bangladesh (Chattogram and Payra Port);
- Familiarize with the local market, screen qualified suppliers, and procure engineering materials, especially bulk goods such as gravel and limestone.
- Familiarize oneself with the local market, select qualified suppliers, and purchase engineering materials;
- Strong ability to handle emergency affairs and negotiation skills;
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating patience and respect;
- Collaborate well with overseas team members and provide support and encouragement when needed;
- Able to manage projects and analyze, judge, and make decisions on complex issues.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Skills Required: Commercial, Export & Import, Procurement and Logistics
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Engineering Firms,Power
Additional Requirements
- At least three years of relevant work experience, with familiarity in local procurement management and logistics;
- Good professional ethics and professionalism, strong sense of responsibility, service consciousness and teamwork spirit；
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Understanding the Chinese language is a plus.
