Position Responsibilities:
- Strategy & transformation support: Collaborate with the Director, Digital Strategy & Transformation to support digital strategy development and refreshes; structure ambiguous problems, synthesize insights, and develop clear options, recommendations, and action plans.
- Executive-ready storytelling: Co-develop and refine presentations, one-pagers, and updates for leadership audiences; ensure crisp narrative, key messages, and decision points.
- Meeting preparation & follow-through: Partner with the Director to prepare agendas, pre-reads, meeting decks and associated logistics; capture decisions and actions; track progress and escalate risks/issues as needed.
- Operating model / ways of working: Support the Director in developing materials and facilitating conversations to evolve the operating model, governance, and ways of working; document processes and drive alignment.
- Reporting & finance support: In coordination with the Director, support recurring reporting and finance inputs (status, metrics, budget/forecast support as applicable); consolidate updates across workstreams into leadership-ready views.
- Engagement & talent programs: Help drive employee engagement action plan implementation; coordinate summer student/intern onboarding and program logistics (as applicable).
- Change management (as needed): Assist with communications and adoption activities for changes impacting the digital organization.
- Product “hands-on” support (as needed): Provide support to product-related work (e.g., data analysis, research synthesis, roadmap inputs, prioritization support).
- Team enablement & “run the business” (as needed): Support smooth day-to-day team operations by maintaining core team assets as needed (org charts, onboarding checklists, team sites/distribution lists); coordinating onboarding and tool/access setup; and ensuring the team has the right information and templates to execute
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, management consulting, chief-of-staff, product operations, or digital program roles (or equivalent).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; able to simplify complexity into clear, actionable recommendations. Expert PowerPoint skills are essential.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to build executive-ready decks and narratives.
- Collaboration & Influence: Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels and functions to drive alignment and outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting digital strategy and/or digital transformation in a product-led organization.
- Familiarity with agile ways of working and tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Confluence).
- Comfort contributing to digital product work across discovery-to-delivery (roadmaps, backlogs, journeys, adoption metrics).
- Experience in financial services (tailor to your business line as needed).
