Purpose
To implement the Bank’s internal and external communications strategy, enhance reputation, stakeholder confidence, and employee engagement while ensuring consistent, transparent, and aligned messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies that support business objectives and employee engagement.
- Lead internal communication campaigns, leadership messaging, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure consistent messaging across the organization and maintain alignment with the Bank's values and strategic priorities.
External Communications
- Execute external communication strategies to strengthen the Bank's reputation and stakeholder confidence.
- Manage media relations, corporate announcements, press releases, speeches, executive communications, and thought leadership content.
- Support crisis communications by ensuring timely, accurate, and coordinated responses.
- Maintain brand consistency across corporate publications, reports, events, and external communication materials.
- Monitor media coverage and stakeholder sentiment, providing communication insights and recommendations to senior management.
Agency & Vendor Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) agencies. Manage agency deliverables, timelines, and quality standards, ensuring alignment with the Bank's communication objectives and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with creative, media, production, and other communication vendors to ensure the timely execution of campaigns and projects.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate communications or public relations.
