The Mitigation and Partnerships unit is seeking a motivated candidate who will lead the development and delivery of Fire Smart educational programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Support Community Wildland Fire Protection Plans
• Coordinate the Fire Smart program and community assessments
• Educate communities through outreach activities
• Lead technical evaluations and recommendations for fire mitigation
• Function professionally in wildfire responses throughout Ontario
Requirements:
• Experience in natural resource management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
