- Perform aml/ctf, kyc/kym, cdd, edd adan other compliance check
- Perform risk assessment for commercial or business initiative or project (pks, mrf, drf, etc)
- Maintain communication with Bank Indonesia, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan and relevant regulators and be the registered pic for required correspondences
- Handle regulatory management by always being the first to update on regulations, analyze and advise the impact to the company and communicate to all employees
- Delivery training or socialization on compliance matters or regulatory to all employees
- Support the team to process licenses and acquire activities approval for relevant government bodies to regulatory
- Support the team to process Risk Assessment, Audit Regulatory, iso Certification
- Assist in analyzing the company's data protection risks, policies , ensure the implementation of policies in line with data security standards , conduct awareness programs and promote a culture of protection of personal data.
- Identify risks, mentoring and monitoring in the company’s data processing activities ( rpoa and dpia)
- Making sure all data is up to date, preparing reports related to data security and regulatory compliance, liaison officer to regulators regarding the implementation of Personal Data Protection.
Minimum Qualifications
- Min 3 years of work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (degree in law is a plus)
- Good team player, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Have a high sense of ownership and responsibility
- Detail-oriented person
- Experience with tight deadlines and dealing with conflicting priorities, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality
- Understand the protection regulations of the pdp Law
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
