Job Title: Compliance & Performance Manager

Position Reports to: Senior Manager-Strategy

Location: Al Ula, Madinah Province, Saudi Arabia

SUMMARY: Compliance and Performance Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive contract compliance and performance management framework. This role ensures service providers meet contractual obligations, comply with applicable regulations, and deliver services in line with agreed-upon standards. The Manager will conduct audits, monitor KPIs, and provide regular compliance and performance reports to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive contract compliance management framework
  • Create compliance checklists to review service provider documentation and ensure adherence to contract requirements
  • Plan and implement external and internal audits to ensure compliance with bylaws, guidelines, and contractual obligations
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with the contract, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and bylaws
  • Establish a performance management process to evaluate and record service provider performance against the scope, output specifications, and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Conduct planned and ad hoc audits and inspections of service provider performance, tracking results against key performance indicators
  • Conduct quality and compliance inspections to ensure adherence to applicable regulations, codes, standards, and best practices
  • Develop and deliver monthly compliance and performance management reports
  • Identify performance trends and recommend improvement plans to enhance service delivery quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with service providers and internal stakeholders to address compliance and performance issues
  • Facilitate feedback on service delivery and ensure corrective actions are implemented as needed.

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION / KNOWLEDGE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or extensive industry experience with demonstrated technical capabilities
  • Knowledge of CAFM/EAM systems and asset management principles
  • Working knowledge of business and data intelligence software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook).

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 15 years of related experience in asset management or facilities management.
