Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated professional to support climate change, ESG, and sustainability advisory projects, particularly with government stakeholders. The role involves research, stakeholder engagement, and supporting the design and implementation of climate and sustainability initiative
Key Responsibilities
- Support climate resilience and sustainability projects with government department
- Conduct research and analysis on climate change, ESG, renewable energy, and circular economy.
- Develop reports, concept notes, and presentations.
- Support climate finance initiatives, including project evaluation and funding strategy.
- Engage with stakeholders across government, private sector, and development partners.
- Assist in organizing workshops, consultations, and stakeholder interactions.
Eligibility & Skills
- Master’s degree in Climate Change / Sustainability / Environment / Economics / Finance or related field.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in climate/ESG advisory, preferably with public sector exposure.
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of climate adaptation & mitigation.
- Knowledge of carbon markets and MRV frameworks.
- Working knowledge of nature-based solutions (NbS)
- Exposure to climate finance / green investments.
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and project coordination.
Good to Have
- Experience with government or multilateral pro
- Familiarity with ESG frameworks (TCFD, TNFD,
- Exposure to biodiversity, circular economy, or sustainable finance
