Our integrated offering combines a SaaS platform with advisory, research, and professional learning services – enabling leaders to build sustainable education workforces through workforce strategy and good organisational design practices.

As a Consultant, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering impactful advisory projects while building your consulting capability in a supportive, high-performing team.
You’ll work closely with a small-but-mighty team of consultants, research and data people, and customer experience specialists to diagnose client challenges, design solutions, and deliver high-quality outputs across a range of organisational and workforce projects.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their consulting or HR career who wants exposure to meaningful, system-level work and rapid professional growth.

- Facilitate interviews, workshops, and consultation processes (with support as needed)
- Analyse qualitative data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Contribute to proposals, tenders, and future client engagements
- Manage project plans, timelines, and stakeholder coordination
- Collaborate across the PeopleBench team and contribute to continuous improvement

- Ability to think critically, solve problems, and work across multiple projects
- Confidence working with stakeholders and facilitating conversations (or readiness to learn)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, and collaboration platforms (e.g. Miro, Asana, Slack)
A background in Psychology, HR, Commerce, or a related discipline is preferred.
