Contract Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Change Management Consultant to support a large-scale SharePoint project with one of our government clients. This is for a long-term remote contract position.
Required Qualifications:
- Min 10 years of experience as a Change Manager
- Must already hold a reliability level government of Canada security clearance
- Must have experience with SharePoint and Knowledge Management
- Experience implementing IT changes within the public sector is considered a strong asset
- Bilingual (FR/EN) is considered a strong asset
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct change impact and stakeholder analyses
- Deliver engagement activities, workshops, and feedback mechanisms
- Support development of adoption metrics and readiness assessments
- Align change activities with deployment schedules
