Job Description
▪Responsible for all Contract Management matters and activities
.▪Continuous Contract Reporting standards, including, but not limited to, Performance, General, Operational, and Financial
.▪Define the key control points of the contractual aspects and define the progress measures of the day-to-day contract administration activities
.▪Discussing, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating the terms of business contracts with clients and FMMA
.▪Working with third parties to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilitie
s▪Maintain the TFM service delivery plan and status of contractual deliverable
s▪Supervising contract execution to ensure compliance with regulatory guideline
s▪Ensuring all contract documentation is up to date, and all the mentioned contracted scope of work is being delivered
.▪Making a good understanding of the scope of work with the company's obligations towards client requirements
.▪Handle any contractual disputes that might arise during the period of the contrac
t▪Maintaining the requirements of the monthly invoice for submittal in coordination with the Finance department and granting client approva
l▪Coordinates with the finance department to ensure correct billing and collection of contractual revenue
s▪Ensures that contracts are in line with corporate goals and objective
s▪Identifies potential improvements to existing policie
s▪Keep a tracker of submitted invoices with their status for both clients & Sub-contractor
s▪Stay informed about changes to relevant rules and regulation
s▪Developing and maintaining relationships with independent contractors, vendors, suppliers, and customer
s▪Studying the requirements, duties, and obligations of the company under contracts to ensure alignment with the company’s goals and industry regulation
s▪Maintaining, updating, and improving contractual records as per regulator
y▪Analyzes all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and company policies and procedure
s▪Analyzes a contract’s risk to the busines
s▪Ensures that business goals are accomplished by contract implementatio
n▪Negotiates and oversees leasing agreement
s▪Responsible for conducting weekly audits to review overall performance and implementing an enhancement plan with other departments
.▪Responsible for conducting monthly PMS analysis with the performance dept
.•Responsible for fulfilling all the above-listed & contractual responsibilities/requirements, but not limited to fulfilling additional requirements upon management directions within the field of his expertise/job responsibilities
.•Responsible for delivering all the contractual deliverables requirements and reporting within the agreed timelines
.•Provide essential training to all the dept. leads on the contractual deliverables and gaps
.•Gap analysis to be provided every month with the required action plan
.•The employee is expected to be available and responsive to any requests or inquiries related to his/her area of expertise and should not refuse any mention or task related to his/her role and responsibilitie
