Contracts Analyst – Corporate
HYBRID! (Two days WFH)
Salary: $65k-$75k, depending on experience
Join a fast-growing legal team supporting corporate and resort operations! We’re looking for a self-starter with B2B contracting experience who can draft, review, redline, and negotiate agreements independently.
What You’ll Do
- Draft, review, redline, and negotiate agreements across IT, sales, marketing, HR, vendor, and finance contracts
- Support the full contract lifecycle management process
- Provide legal guidance on liability, indemnities, reps & warranties, data privacy, and other key terms
- Participate in vendor or third-party calls, leading discussions on legal terms when appropriate
- Escalate complex issues to General Counsel or Sr. Contracts Manager
- Drive process improvements and contribute to CLM system implementation
What You Bring
- 3+ years B2B commercial contracting experience (government contracting alone is not sufficient)
- Strong judgment, business acumen, and ability to work independently
- Deep understanding of boilerplate provisions, risk assessment, and legal terms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CLM systems or document management platforms
