We’re partnering with a growing technology company that is expanding its contracts team due to increased business demand. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to join a high-impact team supporting complex government and commercial programs.
This position will work closely with contracts leadership and play a key role in managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, from award through closeout.
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer government and commercial contracts of varying size and complexity
- Review contract terms, identify risk, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Support proposal and subcontract review activities
- Partner with internal teams including program management, legal, and business leadership
- Maintain contract documentation and support issue resolution throughout contract execution
Qualifications
- 5+ years of contracts experience in a federal government or defense environment
- Strong knowledge of FAR / DFARS and government contracting practices
- Experience handling multiple contract types such as FFP, IDIQ, Cost Reimbursement, etc.
- Active Secret clearance or ability to get clearance
- Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred Background
- Experience with defense contractors or classified programs
- Familiarity with subcontract administration
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
