What You’ll Be Part Of
You’ll join a collaborative team that plays a key role in managing and supporting government-funded programs. At the center of it all, you’ll help ensure agreements, contracts, and funding activities are executed smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently.
This is a role where your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities will truly matter.
What You’ll Be Doing
Here’s a high-level overview of how you’ll contribute:
- Support the full lifecycle of contracts—from proposal coordination through closeout
- Help manage contracts, subcontracts, and related documentation for government-funded programs
- Track key milestones, funding activity, deliverables, and reporting deadlines
- Partner across teams to coordinate contract actions and provide status updates
- Maintain organized, compliant documentation aligned with federal and internal requirements
- Assist with invoicing coordination, reporting, and contract modifications
- Contribute to clear, accurate contract-related communications

What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience supporting contracts, grants, or similar agreements (government experience is a plus)
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (especially Excel, SharePoint, and Word)
- Comfort managing multiple projects and competing priorities
- U.S. citizenship (required)
Work Environment & Flexibility
- Fully remote with regular virtual collaboration
- Occasional travel for meetings, workshops, or program activities
