Job Description
- Lead Generation & Market Scouting: Scout potential government and B2G leads to build a robust sales pipeline within assigned territories.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain high-level relationships with KDM/KCP across Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).
- Business Opportunity Analysis: Present tailored telco/ICT solutions (Connectivity, IoT, Cloud) aligned with national digital goals.
- Tender & Bid Management: Lead RFPs/RFQs, ensuring strict compliance with Public Procurement Rules (PPR) and regulatory standards.
- Account Planning & Retention: Prepare visit plans for existing/potential accounts and execute "win-back" strategies for lost corporate/govt accounts.
- Project & Service Coordination: Partner with technical/CSM teams to design bespoke projects and ensure seamless after-sales support.
- Financial Governance: Manage government budgeting cycles and payment follow-ups to ensure timely revenue assurance.
- Compliance & Reporting: Submit daily sales activity reports and manage all regulatory documentation (SAF, Trade License, BTRC copies, etc.).
Academic Qualification
- BA/BBA/Business graduate from any UGC approved institution
Job Experience Preferred
- Experience: 3–4 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
- Sector Expertise: Proven track record in sales preferably in government Business landscape, managing public sector projects, or navigating B2G procurement operations.
Required Capabilities
- Good insight of corporate market dynamics
- Sound understanding of BL products and services
- Willingness to reallocate anywhere in Bangladesh
