Position Summar
yThe Corporate HSE Manager has to lead and strengthen our Health, Safety and Environment management systems across the organization. The successful candidate will provide strategic HSE leadership across multiple large-scale construction and infrastructure projects in QD-SBG while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
.
Key Responsibiliti
- esDevelop and implement the corporate HSE strategy, policies, standards, and objectives across the organizatio
- n.Provide HSE leadership and governance for multiple concurrent mega construction and infrastructure projects in Qata
- r.Ensure compliance with Ashghal requirements, QCS, local regulations, and client-specific HSE standard
- s.Support project teams throughout all phases of project execution, from mobilization to handove
- r.Monitor HSE performance across all projects and establish KPI dashboards for management reportin
- g.Lead incident investigations and ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive action
- s.Apply structured problem-solving methodologies including Root Cause Analysis, Ishikawa (Fishbone Analysis), 5 Whys, and continuous improvement tool
- s.Conduct corporate HSE audits, inspections, and management reviews to ensure consistency and compliance across project
- s.Manage and mentor project HSE teams and promote a strong safety culture throughout the organizatio
- n.Coordinate with clients, consultants, regulatory authorities, and senior management on HSE matter
- s.Review project risk assessments, method statements, emergency response plans, and high-risk activitie
- s.Identify trends, lessons learned, and opportunities for continuous improvemen
- t.Deliver presentations and communicate HSE performance and strategic initiatives to executive managemen
- t.Ensure adequate resources and HSE staffing are maintained across multiple projects simultaneousl
- y.Drive behavioral safety initiatives and workforce engagement program
- s.Support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems and maintain certification requirement

Required Experience and Qualificatio
- ns,Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related discipli
- ne.Minimum 20–25 years of HSE experience including 5 years in an executive or corporate management role, with significant exposure to major construction and infrastructure projec
- ts.Previous experience with major infrastructure, roads, utilities, rail, or government projects in Qat
- ar.Previous experience managing HSE activities across several projects simultaneous
- ly.Strong knowledge of Ashghal requirements, Qatar Construction Specifications and local regulatory framewor
- ks.Excellent presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skil
- ls.NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent professional certificati
- on.Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification or Lean Management backgrou
- nd.Lead Auditor certification for ISO 45001 and/or ISO 140
