Our client, a large manufacturing company is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join their team.
- This is a three-month temp position with possibility to extend.
- The position is remote; however, candidates must be in the Eastern or Central time zones.
- The work schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm.
- The pay rate is $45.00 per hour.
Job Summary:
Looking for a full cycle corporate recruiter with a combo of HR, Marketing, Engineering, R&D, IT – ideally experience working for a large manufacturing company.
The Recruiter will be responsible for pro-active, full-cycle recruiting for positions across national sales and corporate. This is achieved through the development of employing sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative HR solutions.
Essential Duties:
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting. These duties include requisition management, process ownership, talent sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, candidate evaluation & screening, interview process, offer negotiations.
- Experience managing professional level requisition (25+ open requisitions) in multiple locations.
- Proactive recruitment of passive candidates utilizing direct sourcing skills and techniques.
- Evaluate and qualify top talent
- Develop sourcing strategy and establish the desired communication protocol with the hiring manager, TA leadership and HR team.
- Professional, organized, strong communications and presentations skills, ability to work within a fast-paced environment and develop relationships across the organization.
- Identify and leverage alternative sourcing methods.
- Maintain and manage a well–developed network of candidates and / or skills to build a network quickly and comprehensively.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to develop the recruitment search strategies, target lists, sourcing, networking & recruiting calls to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions.
- Strong achievement drive, resilience, flexibility, and commitment to achieving goals.
- Solid technical understanding of business processes and manufacturing practices.
- Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Director, Talent Acquisition
- Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Director, Talent Acquisition and hiring manager as required.
- Administer hiring processes to ensure adherence with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), veteran’s hiring guidelines, and other government compliance requirements (OFCCP)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Agency and/or Corporate Recruiting.
- Extensive self-sourcing skills for B2B sales positions.
- Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
Preferred:
- Experience with Google Suite
- Experience with Workday
- Experience with Paradox
