We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior CSR Executive to support the development and delivery of our corporate social responsibility initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is passionate about creating positive social impact and contributing to meaningful community and sustainability programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of CSR initiatives and community engagement activities.
- Assist in managing relationships with non-profit organisations, government entities, and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research on social impact, sustainability trends, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Help monitor and track CSR programme outcomes and prepare reports, presentations, and impact assessments.
- Coordinate employee volunteering activities and internal engagement campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of CSR projects, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
- Assist with event planning, logistics, and stakeholder engagement for CSR-related activities.
- Support the preparation of content for internal and external communications relating to CSR initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, International Relations, Public Policy, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience, including internships or volunteer work.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong research and analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for social impact, sustainability, and community development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with non-profit organisations, social enterprises, or community programmes.
- Familiarity with ESG, sustainability reporting, or CSR frameworks.
- Arabic language skills would be advantageous.
