What You’ll Do
- Reach out to potential clients through outbound calls and introduce our in-demand training programs
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses
- Follow up with warm leads via calls, CRM, and messaging platforms
- Set appointments and support enrolments into our programs
- Achieve daily activity targets and monthly sales goals
- Work closely with your team and manager to continuously improve performance
What We’re Looking For
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with admin / customer service experience
- Prior telesales experience is a plus, but not required — training will be provided
- Confident communicator with a clear speaking voice
- Willing to learn, take feedback, and improve quickly
- Driven, goal-oriented, and motivated by incentives
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and a fast-paced environment
