Key Responsibilities
- Apply customer experience (CX) concepts and best practices across initiatives
- Map and analyze customer journeys to identify improvement opportunities
- Track and measure CX metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and other performance indicators
- Analyze customer data to generate actionable insights
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor CX performance and trends
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Customer Experience, business analysis, or related roles
- Experience in tracking and analyzing CX metrics (NPS, CSAT, etc.)
Preferred Certifications
- CXPA (Customer Experience Professionals Association)
- CCXP (Certified Customer Experience Professional)
