Position: Customer Service Assistant at City Hall

• Provide guidance on bylaws and property development

• Enter data into the Permit Plan System
• Prepare letters and permits for inspections
• Perform additional duties as required
Requirements:
• Grade 12 completion with relevant coursework
• Knowledge of bylaw practices and procedures
• Proficient in Permit Plan System (Energov)
• Effective communication skills with diverse audiences
• Previous office experience in a municipal setting
