Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Richmond Hill, ON. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive experience. They will also work as part of a team to manage customer interactions and provide support to other departments as needed, helping to achieve company goals through excellent service delivery.
