About the Role:
As a Data Analyst, you will:
- Manage and analyze benefits eligibility and enrollment data files.
- Work directly with Plan Sponsors and third-party vendors to ensure data accuracy.
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot carrier data feeds.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements.
- Provide technical support for benefits data file issues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Knowledge of carrier file formats (ANSI 834, LIMRA LDEx, CSV, API-based transmissions).
- Strong SQL & ETL skills for data extraction and transformation.
- Experience working with third-party vendors, insurance carriers, or financial institutions.
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, etc.).
- Ability to document and present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
