🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Analyze complex datasets to support data-driven decision-making
• Deliver actionable insights for government agencies and enterprise clients
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders to solve real-world business challenges
• Lead analytics initiatives from data exploration through strategic recommendations
• Support AI and predictive analytics projects using alternative data sources
• Work cross-functionally with technical and business teams in a highly collaborative environment
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst in a client-facing environment
• Experience managing or leading projects with teams of 2+ members
• Business-level Japanese proficiency
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience handling large datasets
• Passion for problem-solving and customer-centric development
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments
⭐ Preferred Experience:
• Predictive analytics and model-building experience
• Background in data science, economics, engineering, or related fields
• Experience with consumer behavior or customer data analysis
• Data engineering or data infrastructure exposure
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
