Position Objective
To support the Site Acquisition team in processing and submitting required activities, ensuring compliance with Client requirements, SLAs, and regulatory standards. The role provides critical support to ensure the smooth processing of site leases, legal approvals, permits, and contract documentation.
Job Description & Responsibilities
- Enter and update all site-related data, including lease details, contracts, approvals, COIs, waivers, and FAM approvals, into the tracking systems.
- Validate supporting documents such as deeds, Ministry of Justice delegations, and contracts before submission into the systems.
- Submit permit packages through relevant government platforms and track the status of acquired assets, site leases, dismantling activities, and real estate evaluations.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in coordination with Site Acquisition Managers and Project Leads.
- Maintain quality control of records to ensure compliance with SLA/KPI requirements and TAWAL standards.
- Prepare and maintain periodic data reports and tracking sheets for management review.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Legal, IT, and Property Management for data verification and approvals.
- Ensure timely entry and updating of site information for both new acquisitions and existing portfolio modifications.
- File and archive all data entry documents, both digital and physical, for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies or issues identified in site data, lease agreements, or contract records.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in data management, document control, site acquisition support, telecom operations, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of telecom site acquisition processes, lease documentation, and government permit workflows.
- Experience working with tracking systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
