We are building a structured outbound growth engine and require disciplined, detail-oriented professionals to strengthen our marketing data intelligence function.

Role Summary

This role is responsible for building and maintaining high-quality, structured B2B databases to support Ecologiq’s performance marketing campaigns across:

• Regional Victoria Councils (Australia)

• Government & institutional clients

• Commercial solar & battery prospects

• India renewable energy opportunities

This is a precision role. Accuracy, structure, and discipline are critical.

Core Responsibilities

1. B2B Data Research & Extraction

• Extract verified contact data from:

  • Apollo
  • LinkedIn
  • Government directories
  • Industry databases
  • Public procurement portals

• Identify correct decision-makers such as:

  • Sustainability Managers
  • Asset Managers
  • Infrastructure Engineers
  • Council Officers
  • Commercial facility heads

Ensure correct organisation mapping (Council name, region, state).

2. Data Validation & Verification

• Verify professional email IDs

• Cross-check LinkedIn profiles

• Validate job titles and authority level

• Remove irrelevant or junior contacts

• Ensure company classification accuracy

Target: High-quality decision-maker database only.

3. CRM Data Structuring (Zoho CRM)

• Upload verified contacts into Zoho CRM

• Apply correct tagging:

  • Segment Type
  • Region
  • Industry
  • Role Level
  • Engagement Status

• Maintain duplicate-free CRM

• Follow structured naming and tagging conventions

• Ensure zero random uploads

Accuracy is mandatory.

4. Weekly Reporting & KPI Tracking

• Submit weekly report including:

  • Number of verified contacts added
  • Error rate
  • Duplicate rate
  • Segment breakdown

• Maintain structured Excel tracker before CRM upload

• Coordinate with Campaign Automation Specialist before campaign execution

5. Performance KPIs

Measured weekly:

• 150–250 verified contacts per week (quality-focused)

• Duplicate rate < 2%

• Data error rate < 3%

• 100% correct segmentation tagging

• On-time report submission

Quality is more important than raw volume.

6. Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years' experience in B2B data research or marketing operations

• Strong LinkedIn research capability

• Experience with Apollo or similar database tools preferred

• Comfortable working in Zoho CRM (training can be provided)

• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills

• High attention to detail

Renewable energy exposure is a plus but not mandatory.

7. Technical Requirements

Must be comfortable with:

• LinkedIn profile research

• Email validation tools

• CRM data entry discipline

• Structured tagging systems

• Spreadsheet data cleaning
