We are looking for a skilled Data Management Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management within enterprise environments.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data management frameworks, policies, and standards
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems
- Support implementation of data governance practices and tools
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to define data ownership and stewardship
- Monitor and manage data lifecycle (collection, storage, usage, and disposal)
- Conduct data audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
- Prepare data reports, dashboards, and insights for management
- Identify data risks and support mitigation strategies
- Ensure proper documentation of data processes and standards
📌 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in Data Management / Data Governance / Data Analytics
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices
- Experience with data quality tools and data management platforms
- Knowledge of databases (SQL) and data modeling concepts
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications in Data Management or Governance (e.g., CDMP) are a plus
